Plan Vision Australia was established in 1994. Since taking over as owner/manager of Plan Vision in 2003, Mark has provided local clients with over 2000 sets of plans and organised hundreds of Council and certifier approvals.
Mark has a degree in Bachelor of Science (Architecture) from the University of Newcastle and over 15 years experience in the industry. Mark is also a member of the Building Designers Association of NSW. He’ll oversee the design and approval process and ensure that both you love the design and that there will be minimal to no Council issues. He is willing and able to answer any questions that you have.
Our Central Coast and North Sydney clients will be looked after by Luzette who has recently joined Plan Vision and will be working from the Erina area. Luzette has extensive experience in drafting and design working in her own business. We know you’ll enjoy working with her.
Julie will look after your Council or certifier applications, administration and invoicing and will generally help you as best as she can. She also keeps the rest of the team in line.
If you’re after additions in the Newcastle area you’ll likely meet Nathan who will come by and measure up the existing dwelling so we can be sure the plans are accurate. Nathan is one of the nicest people you can meet and is willing and able to help you with any questions you have.
Craig, Monique, Matthew and Joel are our drafting team who will quickly but carefully draft up your plans. They are a hardworking bunch and are passionate about their designs. Among them they have worked with Plan Vision for 22 years.
