Unit Development (Example 03)
The client wanted to demolish the existing dwelling on the property, and construct a unit development that would give him the best return on investment. After a feasibility investigation, it was decided to run with 4 x Two (2) bedroom units with front courtyards. These were to be constructed in two blocks of two units.
The living spaces were to have indoor/outdoor living, and casual surveillance of the street.
The units were built with a high quality finish and had no problems selling once constructed, providing the client with the return they required.
