This large two storey dwelling is set on a tapered block in Cameron Park, with the rear of the block facing north and a reserve over the north western boundary. The proposal has been designed in keeping with the clients ideas about style, and also with living areas and open space areas taking advantage of the outlook to the north west and the reserve, and the northerly aspect.
The proposal features a triple garage with storage facing the street, entry with theatre room opening off it, stairs to the upper floor, internal access to the garage via a short hall, which also has a power room and storage opening off it as well as the front study, with the entry hall then extending to the rear and opening into a large open plan kitchen/dining/living areas that opens into the rear yard and an alfresco area.
The first floor includes 6 bedrooms, main with ensuite and WIR, all centred around the stairs and access. A large laundry and bathroom with separate toilet are located between bedrooms on the western side.
