Planning and Drafting Services
What we do:
- Design and draft detailed plans to your design while taking the BCA and Council requirements into consideration
- Organise other relevant consultants if required to complete Council/Certifier requirements (such as engineering details, BASIX Certification, Bushfire reports etc)
- Submit the application into Council or the Certifier and help if there are any issues.
Once approved your builder will take over and start the construction process. We are happy to help with any further questions or issues during construction.
Other than the design and drafting of your project, we also provide the following services:

- Visual Impact Statements Statements of Environmental Effects Council submissions
- Concept pictures
- 3D fly-arounds and waltkthroughs

- Social Impact Statements
- Economic Impact Statements
