The client for this job wanted to extend at the rear of any existing dwelling to provide a living area opening onto a deck with better connection and outlook onto the rear yard.
The existing dwelling consisted of skillion rooves with no supports, sandstone treads and concrete footings. The proposal would dress up the rear of the dwelling.
The end product was exactly what the client was after, and they have since approached Plan Vision to provide further plans for another project.
