The client for this job wanted to update the entire existing dwelling with an open place living space opening onto rear outdoor area, with pool, updating the facade, and a detached garage at the rear.
The existing dwelling consisted of a small fibro dwelling, with no outlook onto the yard, in a state of disrepair and was badly in need of updating.
It provided a much larger and more usable living space for the dwelling, and provided a new modern facade with the detached garage, new driveway, outdoor area and pool all designed in harmony with each other.
The client was happy with the end product and provided us with the pictures of the proposal.
The project was constructed as an owner builder by the client.
