Single Storey Additions (Example 04)
The client for this job wanted to extend at the rear of any existing dwelling to provide a larger living area opening onto a deck with better connection and outlook onto the rear yard.
The existing dwelling consisted of a rear deck that was accessed through a small and long kitchen area. The new living room additions extend out past where the existing deck was, and added back a similar sized deck.
It provided a much larger and more usable living space for the dwelling.
The client was happy with the end product.
The project was constructed by Bull Building.
